How to use it

Wash your hands.

Warm one plug with your fingers until soft. Shape it over the opening of your ear canal and press gently to create a seal.

Do not push it deep into your ear like a cotton swab. Just cover the entrance like a little lid.

Lie back, close your eyes, and enjoy the sound of absolutely nothing.

How do I shape and use wax earplugs? +
Warm a piece between your fingers until soft, roll it into a small ball, then gently press it over (not inside) your ear canal to form a seal. Unlike foam plugs, wax doesn't go inside the ear — it sits over the opening, which is gentler and more comfortable for all-night wear.
Are they reusable? +
Each piece is designed for single or limited use, since the wax picks up debris and loses its seal over time. A pack gives you multiple nights.
Can I swim with these? +
Yes — wax forms a water-tight seal as well as a sound seal, so they work for swimming and showering, not just sleep.
Will they hurt my ears or fall out? +
Because the wax sits over the ear opening rather than inside the canal, there's no pressure buildup or discomfort, and a properly formed seal stays put through the night.
Do they block out everything? +
