Replacement Warranty All our supplements come with a 7-day replacement warranty. If you find any issues with the product, you can request a replacement within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The supplement has not been used or tampered with.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-replaceable, including:

Products opened or with a broken seal.

Process for Replacement To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@theziist.com with your receipt and reason for replacement.
Wait for our confirmation and instructions for returning the product.
Send the product back to us in its original packaging.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your replacement.
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
